2. META PLATFORM DATA

When you choose to connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Messenger account, or another Meta business asset, we receive information through Meta APIs according to the permissions you approve and the features you activate.

Depending on the permissions granted, this information may include:

  • your Meta user identifier and basic profile information used to authenticate your account;
  • Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account identifiers, names, usernames, profile images, and connected business-account information;
  • Page roles, account permissions, and information needed to confirm that you are authorised to manage the connected asset;
  • messages, message metadata, conversation participants, attachments, and replies;
  • comments, mentions, reactions, posts, and related engagement information;
  • lead information submitted by users through messages, forms, or automated conversations;
  • Page, account, content, and conversation insights made available through approved permissions;
  • access tokens and technical authorisation data required to keep the integration connected.

We access and process only the Meta Platform Data reasonably required to provide the features selected by the connected business. The exact information available to us depends on the permissions approved by Meta, the permissions granted by the user, and the configuration of the connected account.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and manage your Chat-T36 account;
  • connect and manage authorised Facebook and Instagram business assets;
  • display and organise messages, comments, leads, and conversations in the dashboard;
  • send automated or AI-assisted replies according to the workflows, prompts, and settings configured by the connected business;
  • automate comment replies, direct messages, welcome messages, FAQs, lead qualification, and customer-support workflows;
  • route conversations to authorised team members and support human takeover;
  • provide analytics, reporting, delivery status, and engagement information;
  • process subscriptions and maintain financial and transaction records;
  • provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
  • detect fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, policy violations, and security incidents;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, test, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service;
  • comply with legal requirements and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use Meta Platform Data for purposes that are materially unrelated to the user-facing functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

4. AI-ASSISTED PROCESSING

Where a business enables AI-assisted features, relevant conversation content, instructions, prompts, and business information may be processed to generate suggested or automated responses. We process this information only to provide the requested functionality, maintain security, troubleshoot the Service, and improve system reliability.

Businesses using Chat-T36 are responsible for reviewing their automation settings, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and ensuring that generated responses are accurate, lawful, and suitable for their customers.

5. LEGAL BASES AND BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES

We process information as necessary to provide the Service requested by users, fulfil our contractual obligations, protect the Service and its users, comply with law, and pursue legitimate operational interests. Where consent is required, we process information based on the relevant consent.

A business that connects its social-media account is responsible for providing any privacy notices and obtaining any permissions or consent required for its own collection and use of customer or lead information. Chat-T36 acts only on the instructions and configurations provided by the authorised business, except where we independently process information for account administration, billing, security, legal compliance, and operation of the Service.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data. We do not share Meta Platform Data with data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated third parties.

We may share limited information with:

  • Authorised account users: team members or administrators added by the connected business;
  • Service providers: hosting, database, security, email, payment, analytics, customer-support, infrastructure, and AI-processing providers that help us operate the Service;
  • Meta and connected platforms: where necessary to complete actions requested by the user, maintain integrations, or comply with applicable platform requirements;
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, auditors, or consultants where reasonably necessary;
  • Authorities or other parties: where disclosure is required by law, lawful process, or reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights;
  • Business transaction participants: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the contracted services they perform for us and must protect it appropriately.

7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some parts of the Service from working correctly.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain connected integrations, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect security.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, account settings, subscription status, legal requirements, and whether the information is required for an active automation or connected account. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymise, or securely isolate it.

Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period until the relevant backup is overwritten under our normal backup-retention process.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, secure transmission, activity logging, restricted staff access, backups, and security monitoring.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, limiting dashboard access to authorised personnel, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, restriction of, objection to, portability of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, email us at rishabgoyalcp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing the request.

You may opt out of non-essential promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option included in the message or by contacting us. Service, security, billing, and account notices may still be sent where necessary.

11. DISCONNECTING FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM

You may stop Chat-T36 from accessing a connected Meta account by:

  • disconnecting the Facebook or Instagram integration from your Chat-T36 account;
  • removing Chat-T36 from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings;
  • revoking the permissions granted to the app through the applicable Meta account settings;
  • contacting us and requesting disconnection of the relevant business asset.

Disconnecting an account stops future access through the revoked connection. Some previously collected information may remain temporarily where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, billing records, or backup retention.

12. DATA DELETION REQUESTS

You may request deletion of your Chat-T36 account and associated personal information by emailing rishabgoyalcp@gmail.com. Please include the email address used for your Chat-T36 account and sufficient information to identify the connected account or business asset.

Facebook users may also initiate a data-deletion request by removing the app through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings and selecting the available option to request deletion of information received by the app.

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the relevant account information and Meta Platform Data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, billing records, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

If Meta sends us a valid user-data deletion request through its designated deletion mechanism, we will process the request and delete the associated Platform Data in accordance with applicable Meta requirements and law.

13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Service is intended for businesses and authorised business representatives. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow children who are below the minimum legal age to create or administer Chat-T36 business accounts.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorisation, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Our service providers and infrastructure may process information in India or other countries where they operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards for cross-border processing.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including Meta Products and payment or infrastructure providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage users to review those policies before providing information to third parties.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, security practices, or third-party platform policies. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.

Where a change materially affects how we use personal information, we may provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method.
